So on Sunday I preached about the importance of being in a small group.  You might be wondering what constitutes a small group.  Check out what Chuck, from “Chuck Knows Church,” thinks about small groups:  https://www.chuckknowschurch.com/the-committee/small-groups

Right now we have the Friendship Circle and My Fair Ladies which meet every other Monday, one in the morning and one in the evening, a Bible Study on Thursday mornings, a Social Discussion Group, Sunday school for youth and children and Youth Group for grades 6th to 9th (all of which will resume in September) and Emmaus for High School students.  We also have a variety of committees and the choir which meet regularly. In the fall we are looking to begin a Discipleship FastTrack class.  We are open to hear about other groups you are interested in participating in or leading.

I am pushing hard for Small Groups because I know just how meaningful it has been in my life and want others to experience that as well.  Life is not easy but when we support one another, hold another accountable and draw closer to God amazing things do happen.
