Register Now for Leadership Lessons: Transforming Conflict
All clergy and laity including Lay Leaders, SPRC members, Certified Lay Ministers, Lay Servants, Church Council Chairs and candidates for licensing and ministry (basically “any lay person committed to the ministry of the church) is invited to register for a virtual leadership skill-building class. The class will give a solid biblical and theological foundation for conflict resolution, develop skills to assess conflict situations, and apply useful strategies and tips to address conflict in the church. Participants will walk away with strategies, tools, tips and templates. There is also an opportunity to earn continuing education units for clergy, CLMs and Lay Servants.
Course Instructors: Rev. Doris K. Dalton, Director of Leadership Development and Intercultural Competency and Rev. Ximena Diaz, Assistant to the Bishop
Dates/Time: Thursdays from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm on January 13, 20 and 27 and February 10 via Zoom. Registration is required but there is no fee. Click here to register.
