Two Planks travels back outdoors in this coming summer for another great season of entertainment under the stars in Monroe’s Wolfe Park.  Check out our 2017 lineup of shows and programs.  (Note: as we perform outdoors in a glorious setting, all shows are subject to rain dates.)

What’s the airspeed of a coconut-laden swallow??? The uproariously funny stage adaptation of Monty Python’s classic Holy Grail … will leave you in stitches and crying out for more!

Aladdin, Jr.:  July 15 at 8:15 pm … one night only!!

From the hit Disney musical came the smash Broadway sensation with all your favorites: Aladdin, the Genie, Jasmine, and Jafar.   And for summer 2017 Two Planks returns with the second year of its Junior Theater Program for  younger actors 6-12 looking to learn the ropes.  In only three weeks, our junior thespians rehearse and present a junior version of the current Broadway hit, also under the lights in Wolfe Park, for one night on July 15 as the “opening act” that kicks off our summer theater season!

Notes:  Open lawn seating-bring your own blankets/lawn chairs.  Gates open at 6:00 pm. Parks and Recreation waives parking stickers during performances.  Online tickets available until one hour prior to curtain.  Print tickets or show them on your mobile device.  Subject to weather — rain delay info will be on social media.  If performance canceled due to rain, replacement performance will be scheduled, if possible.  Tickets purchased for rained-out performance may be used for another evening’s show but not refundable.
