Alternate Christmas Giving
Are you having a hard time coming up with the perfect gift for someone special on your Christmas list?  Or wondering what to get for someone who already has everything they need?

Consider purchasing an Alternative Christmas gift(s). A gift that gives back!  An Alternative Christmas gift is a representational gift(s) that are donations to organizations making an impact at the local, national and international levels by helping others. The gift(s) are given in honor of someone special on your gift list and you can let them know their gift will help someone else!

This year the Missions Team has selected Church World Service (CWS) “Best Gift” program!  Gift prices range from $5 and up. CWS has set us up with our own page: Go to:   You can select one of the six highlighted gifts or browse through the catalog for additional gifts to help others around the world. Use a credit card or Paypal for payment.  You can also use the e-card function on the Best Gift site to send your acknowledgement to your recipients. Contact Rose Aiello with any questions.

NOTE:  If you would prefer to pay by check, please make your check payable to UMCM with “CWS Best Gift” in memo line.  Please include a note as to what you would like to “purchase”.  Get it to the church office to the attention of Rose and we’ll do the rest!
