Church Conference season is upon us.

This year’s EFCP Charge Conference will be held from 10:00 am – 12:30 pm at Huntington UMC. The conference will be held with combined worship and ministry celebration, then break-out meetings for each church with District Superintendent Heather Sinclair.

All are encouraged to attend (if you’re not working our Paper Shredding and Electronics Fundraiser from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm) — it is a great opportunity to participate in the business of the church, including Trustee elections, voting on the lay leadership slate, approval of budget and pastor compensation, and keep up-to-date with what’s going on with our cooperative parishes and the NYAC.
