Greetings friends of the New York Annual Conference,

This is the official “Call to Conference” for the 226th session of the New York Annual Conference, to be held June 6 – 8, 2025, in Stamford, CT.  As we begin the new quadrennium in the United Methodist Church, we are coming together to celebrate the theme of “Hope with Joy.”  In the upcoming months, we also want to prepare ourselves for Holy Conferencing, one of John Wesley’s means of grace.

The location of the annual conference will once again be at the Hilton Stamford Hotel and Executive Meeting Center in Stamford.

Like last year, hotel reservations should be made directly with the Hilton Stamford Hotel and not through the Annual Conference.

As the Conference secretary, I will be sending out communications regularly, including information on registration, submission of reports and petitions, and dates for information sessions.

More details on the clergy and laity session will also be released soon.
