Footsteps in the Sand Community Gathering

Footsteps in the Sand wants to support you on your Christian journey.  We do that by holding monthly gatherings where you can recharge your spiritual batteries. For people who want to know more about Footsteps, a gathering is a good way to learn about our community and the weekend retreats we present.  It’s also a wonderful place see friends from the Footsteps Community.  There will be music, an inspiring story, followed by discussion, and communion.  These monthly events are open to all and are a great way for people to learn about our fellowship.

Are you looking for Christian renewal weekend where you can “unplug,” share in fellowship, and learn with other Christians on this journey called life?

NOTE:  The Our Lady of Calvary Retreat Center suffered a fire on June 10, 2025 in the dishwashing and kitchen area.   Reports are that, while the fire and water damage was kept to that immediate area, there was extensive smoke damage throughout the main building.

We’ve reached out to the OLC Administrator to let him know that the Footsteps community was holding him and all the staff up in prayer.

Sadly, all programs have been canceled for the rest of the year (2025) as they recover from the damage, this includes our fall weekends. We are hopeful that the spring weekends to be held in May, 2026 will be able to proceed.
