All persons over the age of 18 working with or who like to work with our children and youth in any capacity need a background check. Forms are available in the narthex or on our website — the form must be returned to Pastor Martha by mail or drop-off — NO EMAILS!
If you are able to offset the $10 fee associated with this process, please include a check to UMC Monroe with Background Check in the memo line. Unless authorized by you, every report will be seen only by the pastor and stored in a locked filing drawer in the pastor’s office.
